The Faculty of Management Studies, delhi concluded the summer internship placement process for batch 2022-24 with 100% of students placed. The highest average allocation was recorded at Rs 3.02 lakh for two months.
This year, the average allocation saw a 13% increase, while the median allocation saw a staggering 15% increase over the previous year.
Around 29 percent students were hired in Consultant and Strategy area with the main recruiters being Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., BCG, Ernst & Young. As much as 15 percent of students received offers for BFSI while 17% of students were recruited for product management and analytics roles. About 26 percent of students have accepted sales and marketing offers from the country’s most prestigious companies.
A total of 109 companies expressed their intention to participate in the summer placement process at FMS Delhi out of which 89 companies were invited and 311 offers were made for the Full Time MBA – 2024 batch. As part of the Arthashastra Talk series, FMS Delhi hosted over 120 business leaders to facilitate a full learning curve for its students.
