The schedule issubject to change at anytime.Primary Purpose: Serve customers by accurately and promptly performingtransactions while delivering exceptional customer service. KeyResponsibilities: Understands key selling features and benefits; createsone-minute approaches to be used with customers about each product to generateinterest and referrals. Helps the team grow customer relationships by makingsales referrals when appropriate. Promptly processes consumer and businesstransactions in an accurate and efficient manner. Follows bank policies,procedures, and security guidelines; complies with federal, state, and localregulations; maintains awareness of updated policies and procedures. Balancescash transactions daily and minimizes out of balance occurrences. If out ofbalance, resolves condition, corrects error and ensures appropriate customernotification. Conveys professional image and always demonstrates exceptionalcustomer service behaviors (pleasant, makes eye contact, greet customers byname, professional attire). Helps enhance customer relationships by identifyingopportunities and referring to the Financial Specialist, or other financialcenter personnel as appropriate. Effectively addresses customer service issuesand/or escalates to appropriate person. Participates with financial center teammembers to consistently meet or exceed customer service goals. Works as anactive member of the Teller team to minimize customer wait time. Demonstratesproduct/service knowledge on alternative delivery channels and proactivelyeducates customers. Adheres to customer service protocols and processes.Actively participates with financial center team members and in daily huddlesand team meetings to ensure that financial center goals are achieved. Deliversand proactively seeks feedback for improving personal, as well as teamperformance.<p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>Requirements: AHigh School diploma/GED or are currently enrolled in a High School/GED programis required. At least 1 year of retail sales and/or customer service experiencerequired. Previous experience selling products and services preferred. Strongcustomer relations and problem solving skills required; ability to communicateeffectively with customers and establish rapport when handling customerinquiries and transactions. Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication andlistening skills required. Proven ability to achieve goals. Must be able toeffectively deal with high customer traffic and constant interruptions. Strongattention to detail is required. Experienced and comfortable using computers.Ability and desire to interact in a team environment; must be willing tocontribute to team efforts.
