Title: Sr Market Research ConsultantLocation: Atlanta, GAThis position provides strategic and operational advisory services, project management and analytical services to both Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) and The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG).Essential Functions:- Include supervisory responsibilities if applicable.- Provide consultative advice and direction for projects and/or departments as an integral member of the KPHC project team.- Assist key stakeholders in developing organizational targets and planning strategic and operational initiatives to attain targets.- Provide analytical support on projects, including identifying, requesting, analyzing and interpreting relevant data.- Develop and manage appropriate mechanisms to facilitate communication and problem resolution between interdisciplinary groups and identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.- Deliver timely and quality services/work products/deliverables that exceed client's Contribute positively to work/team environment and continually seek ways to enhance contribution.- Leverage project management skills on all project work -assist with planning scope of work, developing work plans, analysis plans, communication plans and implementation plans.- Effectively motivate, utilize and coordinate project staff'.- Build personal expertise and working relationships within business consulting and across the organization; effectively organize own work schedule.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, and Public Health or related field required- 2 + years consulting, project management and/or supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership ability with proven record producing results, satisfying customers, reaching performance goals and motivating and incepting staff required- As part of 2+ years overall consulting, management and/or supervisory experience required, 2-years interpreting or using quantitative reports to measure and evaluate departmental and individual performance required- Demonstrated leadership ability with proven record in achieving deliverables, performance goals, and client satisfaction goals and other requirements- Computer literacy, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to envision, create and implement new program design- Experience with planning and implementing training and quality assurance programs; excellent coaching skills- Understanding of the fundamentals and dynamics of a group-practice and a health maintenance organization- Record of positive feedback on performance from subordinates, peers, internal and external customersPreferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field preferred- Knowledge of health care operations, including primary care, specialty and ancillary services
