Title: RVP Sales - Individual-Agent Sales - Central/East-42353Location: GA-AtlantaThis position is responsible for the independent sales channel within the Central and East regions. This includes leading and overseeing the RSM field sales channel, the RSR phone based sales channel, RSM support team, and Agent call centers. This sales channel is responsible for approximately 53% of all new sales, in excess of 290K new members. This position will be a core member of sales leadership team, set goals and activity expectations, determine strategies to reach goals, ensure metrix exist for measurement, and own results. This position will actively engage with Individual Leadership Team in setting product pricing, benefit design and policies. This position will direct and lead the Agent and RSM Sales Support call center. This position requires communication will all areas of the organization and strong focus on service excellence, constant monitoring of call metrics with correction as needed. Strong background in sales technology in order to build differentiation within field sales team by ensuring each associate builds a robust understanding of technology tools, online marketing, online lead gen at a level of expertise that will provide added value to the independent agent. * Minimum 7 - 10 years of sales management, preferably across multiple states* 3 - 5 years of call center management* Prior experience event planning* Strong background in sales technology, including lead generation, online marketing and internet lead purchase* Experienced public speaker* Proven history of effective leadership and metrics driven sales strategyCandidate must reside within locations that host a large call center (Louisville, KY/Atlanta, GA)
