Title: PRN Coordinator, Office Services Shipping/Receiving - Float PoolLocation: Atlanta, GATo prepare incoming/outgoing interoffice mail and US Postal mail for internal distribution and processing. Maintains records on first class postage, registered US mail, Pitney Bowes manifest.Essential Functions:- Prepares incoming and outgoing interoffice mail twice a day for courier pick up and delivery.- Sorts and delivers all interoffice mail and US mail to each department twice a day in Regional Office buildings- Manages the receiving, delivery, and shipping processes for the Regional Office buildings- Stocks all copy paper in Regional Office Building 9.- Maintains Pitney Bowes postage machine by programming the menu for the next day, running the weekly report and resetting the meter for the next day.- Maintains proper postage by using the automated postage reset phone system and making sure the proper amount is posted to the account.- Responsible for correctly posting all regional and facility US mail and payroll checks and taking the mail over to Regional Office Building 10 for the 5:00pm pick up by the US Postal Service.- Delivers all incoming Service Request from facilities- Coordinates and participates in clerical and delivery duties to include sorting, distributing, collecting and metering postal materials in accordance with established procedures and applicable Federal postal regulations.- Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.- Accesses protected health information (PHI) limited to the minimum necessary required to effectively perform job role.- May perform other duties as assigned.- In addition to defined technical requirements, you will be accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors and principles defined by the Kaiser Permanente Service Quality Credo, the KP Promise, and specific departmental/organizational initiatives. You also will be accountable to consistently demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendorsQualifications:Basic Qualifications:- Good physical condition. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds- Dependable and a team player- Good decision making skills and attention to details- Must be flexible in working any shift - mailroom or shipping/receivingPreferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of Postal requirements, rules and regulations- Knowledge of US Government regulations and procedures relative to outgoing shipments of material.
