Handle service and recovery requests. Coach and developteam members. Monitor daily sales and referral progress. Provide an example ofexcellent customer service for the financial center. Key Responsibilities: Meetor exceed store wide solution and referral goals. Monitor daily sales andreferral progress for the entire team. Assist team members in setting andachieving individual sales goals. Model accountability by aggressively settinggoals and holding themselves accountable for achieving them. Have anunderstanding of the sales process and a demonstrated ability to coach teammembers to improve performance. Focal point for customers by greeting, assessingneeds, directing to appropriate financial center personnel, and performingservice transactions (when appropriate). Educates customers on delivery channelsand encourages customer choice for the most appropriate option. Serves asempowered decision maker and escalation point for service and operationalissues. Makes outbound retention calls to high-value customers and identifiespotential opportunities for growth of customer relationship. Develops innovativeways to encourage, inspire, motivate, and support team members. Leads financialcenter employees in establishing an environment that achieves exceptionalcustomer service, facilitates teamwork and retains the best employees. Activelyobserves and coaches team members to achieve sales and customer service success.Builds influencing relationship with Financial Specialist to achieve service andsales performance, strong financial center teamwork, and a positive customerexperience. Actively participates in the selection of financial center teammembers. Builds an inclusive environment that leverages all team members'strengths. Identifies sales opportunities and make referrals to FinancialSpecialists to achieve goals. Facilitates daily financial center huddles andweekly team meetings that are motivational, team goal driven, action oriented,and valued by all team members. Serves as the pivotal point for all partnershipsthat support the financial center goals. Delivers and proactively seeks feedbackfor improving personal, as well as team performance. Responsible for the overallgrowth of the financial center Book of Business through the acquisition,expansion, and retention of customer relationships. Assesses performance ofdirect reports; rewards and recognizes strong performers, and develops actionplans to address performance issues.REQUIREMENTS:Requirements:Demonstrated sales management success (generally 2-5 years), including ademonstrated ability to inspire a team to reach aggressive sales and customerservice goals. Business acumen - ability to run a small business. Strongcommunication skills, including the ability to provide meaningful context andalign communications with our vision and values. Demonstrated ability to strivefor and obtain customer satisfaction. Strong coaching skills (i.e., must be ableto lead, train, motivate, recognize, and develop employees) Effectiveinterpersonal skills required. Proven problem solving, conflict resolution anddecision making skills required. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead changein customer and employee behavior. Ability to analyze and understand market andfinancial indicators. Ability to understand basic financial concepts such ascredits, debits, and cash handling. Must be able to work a flexible schedulethat accommodates standard hours for retail banking operations.
