These employees use a sophisticated computer system to document their interactions with the customer, input relevant information, pass important information to other areas of Allstate, and obtain other information from Allstate employees. Duties will include handling customer questions regarding the status of their claim, making phone calls, processing checks and other paperwork related to the claim, and if necessary scheduling appointments.Our ideal candidate has a High School Degree or GED, is a self-starter, has previous customer service skills and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.
