Title: BP&A Senior AnalystLocation: MO-Kansas City* Responsible for analysis related to business strategies and portfolio performances supporting Citi Cards North America Collections operations. * Responsible for effective manipulation and calculation of data, which can be analyzed and turned into business information and presented to senior management to move business results. * Must be able to bridge the gap between technical processes of the line Operations and condense it to core issues & solutions for management. * Responsible for effective and timely communication of strategic and operational processes & strategies with Collections Senior Management that drive decision making* Will work with Collections Senior Management to conduct business analysis to identify strengths, gaps and develop action plans to improve performance. * Will work closely with business partners in Collections Operations and Risk Management to identiy financial opportunities and risks to portfolio* Understand & challenge the various process groups strategies * BA/BS required plus a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in the credit industry. * Must have highly developed analytical abilities, able to anlayze situations, challenge assumptions, develop analytical methodologies, present and defend conclusions and recommend action plans* Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines* Ability to communicate effectively in non-technical terms* SAS, in mainframe or UNIX environment, and SQL experience with at least one is required, both is preferred.
